CGIWrap Error: Script Execution Failed
CGIWrap Error: Script Execution Failed

CGIWrap encountered an error while attempting to execute this script:

Error Message: Permission denied
Error Number: 13
This message usually indicates there is a problem with the script itself. Often this indicates either that the #! line of the script is incorrect, or the script was uploaded in binary mode instead of ascii mode. Check to make sure that the script does not have control-M's at the end of every line. That will prevent it from executing. An easy fix that takes care of this most of the time is to put '#!/.../perl --' instead of '#!/.../perl' on the first line of the script. This is typically a problem if the script was edited or uploaded from a DOS/Windows/Macintosh station to a unix based server.

If you are not the owner of this script, please forward this error and the URL that caused it to the script owner. That is often the component in the URL right after /cgiwrap/.

Banquet Bash!
posted by Roddy

Woo hoo...! What a blast we had at the banquet. If you didn't make it to Moncton for the year end Motocross banquet you sure missed a great time, but at least you can read Jan Swinkel's report about it.

Oh What A Night!

The annual 2001 Atlantic Region Spring and Fall series Awards Presentation and Banquet was held in Moncton on Saturday, November 3. It was a huge success. Over 240 racers, family members and sponsors enjoyed an evening of fine dining, awards presentation and dancing. The evening started off with Larry Northrup presenting roses to “the Spaghetti Moms” for their great spaghetti supper which takes place each year at Riverglade on the evening before the last race of the season. One of the many highlights of the evening was the reverse bike draw with the lucky winner being the father of 60cc and 80cc rider Drew Bezanson, Dave aka Carl Lewis ( Drew’s middle names).

The Scott Lockhart Annual Award was presented by Terry Bird (last years winner) to Roddy MacLeod. This award is for the individual who exhibits the most sportsmanship and dedication to the Atlantic Region Motocross. Congratulations Roddy on your award. Your effort with the AtlanticMX web site and guidance to the younger riders is most appreciated. Other award winners included David Clowater, recipient of the Karl Mitchell Memorial Award and Keith Ratchford with the Sportsman Award. A very special presentation was made by Roddy MacLeod on behalf of all Atlantic Region Riders to Larry McCaw. He was recognized as the “Voice Of Atlantic Region Motocross”. Without a doubt our races would not be as exciting or interesting without Larry's commentary. Congratulations to Larry for the well deserved Recognition Award. The final event of the evening was the dance where everyone of all ages got to strut their stuff! Many thanks to Larry and Leslie Northrup, Earl and Judy Doucette, Frank Campbell, and our MC Larry McCaw for the time and effort that they put into the banquet. A great time was had by all of all ages!

naj

oh by the way - thanks to Danny and Kim Smith for their carpentry skills with the new podium for the award recipients.
