CGIWrap Error: Script Execution Failed
CGIWrap Error: Script Execution Failed

CGIWrap encountered an error while attempting to execute this script:

Error Message: Permission denied
Error Number: 13
This message usually indicates there is a problem with the script itself. Often this indicates either that the #! line of the script is incorrect, or the script was uploaded in binary mode instead of ascii mode. Check to make sure that the script does not have control-M's at the end of every line. That will prevent it from executing. An easy fix that takes care of this most of the time is to put '#!/.../perl --' instead of '#!/.../perl' on the first line of the script. This is typically a problem if the script was edited or uploaded from a DOS/Windows/Macintosh station to a unix based server.

If you are not the owner of this script, please forward this error and the URL that caused it to the script owner. That is often the component in the URL right after /cgiwrap/.

Farewell!
posted by Joe Treen

In case some of you out there were not aware, we lost one of our favourite MX families this week...

Roddy, Laura, Kate and Donald MacLeod left Thurs morning for their new life "down under" (New Zealand). They will be sorely missed. Roddy and I have known each other since the late 1980's, but at that time mostly through a mutual friend at that time. Roddy quit the MX scene in the early 1990's to raise his family, only to make a return in 1999. At that time, Roddy was desperate to find someone to ride with (and desperate he was, to re-start his riding career practising with me....), and we "hooked up". During the next three years, we logged many an hour on tracks and trails throughout the Maritimes. I'm going to miss my riding buddy.

Heres wishing Roddy and family great success in their "big adventure". I know you'll do great things...and get faster than ever, as long as you can stay off those Mtn Bikes....

Hey Roddy,
I just thought I would say good bye to you and the rest of the family. Over the last two years you have been a mighty thorn in my side on the track and a good friend off of it, it's been a lot of fun. Keep the carbon out of that bike of yours cause when you get back we are going at it, just to see wether they have kept you on your toes over there. You guys take care and Don jr. I still haven't sold that trophee of yours yet so I guess you'll just have to come back home and get it sometime. See you later.

Hey everyone.. Thanks for all the kind words - nice to hear we have so many friends. Of all the sacrifices we've made to move to New Zealand, letting go of the mx scene in Atlantic Canada was one of the hardest. We miss everyone already. Keep up the great work and we'll be back before you know it. Hey Lee, I'm still gonna be a thorn in your side, don't you worry!

Miss ya around the track in the coming year, I will have a beer for ya, and 1 for you wife and 1 for your Dad and 1 for your son and... you get the joke by now. Anyway it was good seeing you off at the x-mass party, and like everyone else, if your back around, you have a place to lay your head and a bike to ride, even if it's green and not red, later.
