CGIWrap Error: Script Execution Failed
CGIWrap Error: Script Execution Failed

CGIWrap encountered an error while attempting to execute this script:

Error Message: Permission denied
Error Number: 13
This message usually indicates there is a problem with the script itself. Often this indicates either that the #! line of the script is incorrect, or the script was uploaded in binary mode instead of ascii mode. Check to make sure that the script does not have control-M's at the end of every line. That will prevent it from executing. An easy fix that takes care of this most of the time is to put '#!/.../perl --' instead of '#!/.../perl' on the first line of the script. This is typically a problem if the script was edited or uploaded from a DOS/Windows/Macintosh station to a unix based server.

If you are not the owner of this script, please forward this error and the URL that caused it to the script owner. That is often the component in the URL right after /cgiwrap/.

Fredericton AX report
posted by Roddy

Riders from Atlantic Canada, Quebec and the United States participated in this region's first race of the 2003 season in Fredericton last weekend.

Let the games begin! With close to a capacity crowd each night the fans were treated to some awesome racing at the Fredericton Arenacross.

Lots of Atlantic region racers along with several riders from Quebec and some from the US. Atlantic riders sweep most of the classes, from young Justin Forman in the 50cc class, to Ryan Lockhart and Mitchell Cooke swapping wins in the pro class. Charlie Smith continues to dominate the Intermediate class while Davy Fraser on an 80 and 125 was looking strong. David Estabrooks has moved to a 250 and looks very comfortable on it. A little more seat time and you should see him up front. Darren Marshall is also pumped making his way to the podium for the first time.

Didn't notice a lot of brand changes other than the Moshers, James and Jose, moving to KTM. I will be posting the results from Sat night and will follow with Fridays as soon as I receive them. Hope to see everyone at the first outdoor race in Kingston on May 4th. Don't forget that Mill Hill is the following weekend even though it is not on your list from CMRC. I'm sure Blaine and Dick will be at Kingston and will answer any of your questions concerning the new track.

See you at the races!

Joanne

Hey Joanne.. Nice work posting the results! Thanks for all your hard work.

posted by Roddy @ 04/24/2003

All races in N.S. are provincial races.

posted by Joanne @ 04/25/2003

Thanks Joanne, on the CMRC site race schedule it says AS instead of NS. I figured it was a type-o but just wanted to make sure. Thanks alot.

a little off topic but i was wondering it the race on sunday (kingston) was a rain or shine?

thanks, first year racer.

posted by bob @ 05/01/2003

Yea man rain or shine. Races are very rarely canceled due to weather. It usually takes a storm of biblical proportions to cancel a race, unless there is lightning.

posted by Chuck @ 05/02/2003

Sunny on Sunday, light winds, 15C,rain the day before to wet down the sand spells awesome racing at Kingston. Can't wait.
